
Kathmandu, 8 November: As internal rift widens in the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) ,the chairman and the prime minister Khadga Oli has urged senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal to save the party from split. During a meeting with Nepal and his close members of his camp in prime minister’s official residence this afternoon, Oli requested Nepal to resolve the crisis facing the party .
Standing Committee members Bhim bahadur Rawal, Surendra Pandey and Raghuji Panta had accompanied Nepal for the meeting with Oli where non of Oli’s confidante were present, according to media reports. Nepal is reported to have advised Oli to come forward with concrete proposal to resolve the current crisis. He also suggested Oli to exercise flexibility and take everyone unitedly as a prime minster and chairman of the party.
