Kathmandu, 22 September: Nepal continues to witness resurgence of Covid-19 cases every other day. On Thursday the Ministry of Health and Population has confirmed 3,637 fresh cases of corona virus infection across the country in the past 24 hours. With the latest addition, the number of infected persons has reached 14,509.
Today 3,215 corona virus patients were discharged from various health institutions across the country following recovery. With this, the total number of recoveries stands at 102,820. As of today, there are 44,877 active cases of infection across the country.
Meanwhile, 21 more Covid-19 fatalities have been reported today. With the latest addition, death-toll from corona virus infection in the country has reached 812.
