Kathmandu, 14 October: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has reshuffled his cabinet this evening.
PM Oli has made minor changes in portfolios of the ministers by assigning three new faces.
Ishwor Pokhrel is the deputy prime minister but without defence portfolio. Pokhrel is the DPM looking after the Prime Minister’s Office.
Bishnu Poudel, general secretary of the NCP, has been rewarded with the finance portfolio.
Krishnagopal Shrestha has been included in Oli’s cabinet as the urban development minister.
Parbat Gurung has been transferred to the ministry for information and communications technology.
Lilanath Shrestha is the new face assigned as the women, children and senior citizens.
The other portfolios have remained as-it-is.
