
Kathmandu, 12 October: The Executive Chairman of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has urged the other Chairman Khadga Oli to defuse the Karnali crisis.
During a meeting with Oli this afternoon Dahal requested to find a way out to resolve the crisis at the Karnali State Assembly after 18 NCP lawmakers registered a no-confidence motion against the Chief Minister (CM) Mahendra Bahadur Shahi on Sunday.
The 18 lawmakers have alleged that CM Shahi is incapable of leading both the party and the State Government. The no-confidence motion to unseat CM Shai was registered at the behest of Yamlal Kandel.
