The government has been unable to appoint in the Constitutional bodies although the secretariat and Standing Committee meetings of the ruling NCP instructed the government to fill up the vacant posts of the constitutional bodies.
It is suspected that the unnatural competition of giving and taking among the potential candidates of the posts has delayed the appointments. The ministers and power centre are reportedly being offered cash by the candidates and their organisations, making the appointments more complicated. When there is a race for offering more money among the candidates, the government, which boasts of zero tolerance to corruption, is likely to appoint them who could pay the highest amount.
The delay in selecting the candidates for the constitutional bodies due to the tough competition among the candidates makes one raise a question whether he present government is a coalition of the two parties or a powerful government of the communist party.
