Kathmandu, 19 September: Nepal continues to witness resurgence of Covid-19 cases every other day. On Saturday the Ministry of Health and Population has confirmed 1,204 fresh cases of corona virus infection across the country in the past 24 hours. With the latest addition, the number of infected persons has reached 62,797.
Today 1,447 corona virus patients were discharged from various health institutions across the country following recovery. With this, the total number of recoveries stands at 45,267. As of today, there are 17,129 active cases of infection across the country.
