Kathmandu, 11 September: Nepal continues to witness resurgence of Covid-19 cases every other day.  On Friday the Ministry of Health and Population has confirmed 1,454 fresh cases of corona virus infection across the country in the past 24 hours, taking the national tally to 51,919.This is the highest number of infections registered on a single day in the country.

Today 932 corona virus patients were discharged from various health institutions across the country following recovery.  With this, the total number of recoveries stands at 36,672. As of today, there are 14,925 active cases of infection across the country.
