
Kathmandu, 7 September: The Nepal Communist Party (NCP)’s Standing Committee meeting which was postponed since July 28 is slated for September 11.
NCP Chair duo Khadga Prasad Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal agreed to summon the long overdue meeting in today’s meeting between them. Oli and Dahal held a meeting in presence of NCP top leaders including General-Secretary Bishnu Poudel.
The meeting of NCP secretariat held on September 3 had deliberated on the report prepared by the task force formed to address the internal disputes in the party. A proposal seeking deliberation on that report would be presented in the upcoming Standing Committee’s meeting, according to NCP.
