Kathmandu, 23 May : Military police of the Nepal Army has taken Brigadier General Prayog Jung Rana and Colonel Nabin Silwal under control on the charge of embezzling military fund. Military tribunal of the Nepal Army on Friday relieved Colonel Bhupalman Singh Adhikari of his post and sent to jail and stopped Lt. Colonel Deb Bahadur Chhetri’s promotion for two years. The tribunal also decided to confiscate the amount he has misappropriated, according to Nepal Army's Publication and Information Directorate. People's News Monitoring Service
