Kathmandu, 14 May : The Home Ministry has decided to enforce lockdown in the Kathmandu Valley more effectively applying all stringent measures from Friday following surge  in cases of corona virus infected people. The ministry reached that conclusion after holding discussion with chief district officers (CDO) of the three districts, Mayors of  the Kathmandu Valley and security agencies.
