Kathmandu, 14 May : The Indian Border Security Force personnel have barred Nepalis form constructing a tourist museum in Nepali territory claiming that the construction site belonged to India.
"Some 100 metre land of the Phalelung Rural Municipality falls into our territory according to the latest political map of our country and any infrastructure build in our land is subject to annihilation," an Indian security official quoted as saying.
The rural municipality had just begun construction works last week but was immediately obstructed by the Indian security, according to Binod Kumar Chauhan, the Chief Administrative Officer of the municipality.
