Kathmandu, 16 March : The death toll from Dhanusha’s latest incident of  toxic alcohol  consumption  has risen to 21. According to local police, the death toll climbed to 21 as two more succumbed as they were critically ill and undergoing treatment in Janakpur. The victims had consumed  toxic homemade liquor during the festival of colours or Holi celebrations on March 10.
