Kathmandu, 14 March : Armed Police Force (APF) is establishing a security base camp with ‘Level A’ hospital at Kalapani, a disputed Nepal-India border area. The APF is also  preparing to establish the security base camp at the disputed border area which is inaccessible by roads nor is there any presence of the government so far, according to an official at the APF.
