By Our Reporter On the occasion of its 13th anniversary, the Global IME Bank Ltd organised bicycle rally last week for financial literacy and campaign for Vist Nepal Year 2020. The bicycle rally started from Kantipath, was concluded at Janauddar Middle High School in Nagarjun via Lainchour, Sorakhutte, Chhauni, Halchowk, Ichakkunarayan and Ramkot. The rally was participated by above 150 officials and staffers of the Bank. The concluding ceremony of the Rally was addressed by Mohan Basnet, mayor, Nagarjun Municipality; Rabi Khanal, principal, Janauddar High School; Mahesh Rimal, Ward Chair of the Municipality’s Ward No 5 and Surendraraj Regmi, deputy general manager of the Bank. They spoke on significance of financial literacy. On the occasion, the Bank handed over one heavy duty photocopy machine and educational materials to the School. Accordingly, on Friday the Bank’s Dumre Branch organised banking literacy programme at Bhanu Sanskrit High School in Fushretar in Bhanu Municipality, Tanahun District.
