Kathmandu, 28 January: The Supreme Court today denied for giving interim order on the murder case against Speaker Agni Sapkota. The bench of justice Sapana Malla denied to give interim order against the write petition registered by senior advocate Dinesh Tripathi. Advocate Tripathi had registered writ petition at the Supreme Court for not assigning Sapkota to the post of speaker as he was facing a murder case of Arjun Lama of Kavre, which is under consideration of the Court.
