Kathmandu, 27 January: Nepal-India secretary level border talks is going to be held soon. However, the meeting date has not been finalized, reports Annapurna Post daily. As the Indian External Affairs Ministry gave green signal for talks on border dispute, Nepal has started preparation for talks on Indian encroachment in Limpiuadhara, Lipulekh and Kalapani in Darchula district.
