Kathmandu , 24 January : Sushil Pyakurel,Political adviser to President Bidya Devi Bhandari has  stepped down from his post citing personal reasons. Pyakurel, who is also a prominent human rights activist, tendered his resignation to President Bhandari as  murder- alleged ruling party's leader Agni Sapkota is all set to become Speaker of the House of Representatives at the Federal Parliament. He had earlier lambasted Sapakota's role in gross violation of human rights during conflict era. People's News Monitoring Service
