Nepal Airlines Corporation’s executive chairman Madan Kharel has finally resigned after failing to accomplish the assigned task.
He tendered his resignation on Sunday.
Kharel handed over his resignation letter to Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Yogesh Bhattarai.
Kharel had been receiving criticism for his poor performance. Minister Bhattarai had repeatedly warned the NAC management that he would change the leadership if there was no progress in work performance. In multiple instances, he told NAC officials to quit if they were unable handle their jobs properly.
