Kathmandu, 23 January : Provincial Assembly member of ruling Nepal Communist Party of Gandaki Rajeev Gurung aka Deepak Manange has been arrested on charge of  manhandling President of All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), Kaski Milan Gurung.According to Kaski District Administration Office, police arrested Manange from a hotel at Lakeside in Pokhara Thursday afternoon.
