Kathmandu,17 January : A parliamentary party meeting of  Nepali Congress is taking place today to dwell on the House of Representatives’ meeting that has been stalled for long owing to the dispute seen in picking the House Speaker.According to senior leaders of the party,  the meeting will  discuss on the role of the party to press for convening the parliament meeting at the earliest.
