By Our Reporter Dispute in the Nepali Congress continues widening even after the Ram Chandra Paudel factions held a assembly of districts chairs and party chief Sher Bahadur Deuba threw them a lunch after the assembly’s conclusion. Fed up with the consolidated power gained by the rival group, Deuba has finally initiated talks with opposition group showing his readiness to correct the decisions of the party central working committee meeting held on December 27. Deuba had fixed the date for the party’s 14 the general convention and added 19 new departments on December 27 meeting which was boycotted by Paudel and Krishna Sitaula camps. Now Deuba was said to be ready to correct all decisions except for the convention date. All the three factions have agreed to resume talks to resolve the disputes pertaining to the party’s 14th general convention schedule, distribution of active membership, formation of departments and elections of the sister organisations. Now, the talks would be held among three factions. Leader Krishna Prasad Sitaula’s separate talk team would join the talks. Earlier, party President Sher Bahadur Deuba and senior leader Paudel assigned vice president Bimalendra Nidhi and Prakash Man Singh as leaders of their talk teams respectively. Sitaula has not assigned anyone to lead the talks team.. NC president Deuba, Paudel and Sitaula had held the meeting on Sunday to resume talks.
