Kathmandu, 5 January: The ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has called Secretariat meeting at 9 am today. The meeting is likely to postpone the proposed central committee meeting of the party. Due to the ongoing National Council election, the central committee meeting has to be postponed, according to a source, reports Baahrakhari Online Portal.
