Kathmandu, 1 January : According to media reports, Nepal has proposed to India that the two countries meet for foreign secretary-level talks in mid-January to resolve an ongoing border dispute. They have also stated that there is slim chances of bilateral meet as new Indian foreign secretary will take charge of office only at the end of this month and the position of Indian ambassador to Nepal remains vacant.
