Kathmandu, 31 December : The meeting of Parliament has been postponed till January 12 according to Parliament Secretariat (PC). As the leaders of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) have remained as odds on the selection of a new Speaker, at the request of top leaders of the party, the PC deferred the meeting.    The meeting is postponed until 1 pm on January 12 by issuing a notice.
