Kathmandu, 31December :  According to the District Administration Office (DAO), Baglung,  Baglung District Secretary of youth organisation, close to Netra Bikram Chand aka 'Biplav'-led group has  surrendered himself at DAO. Sahal Bahadur Sunar of Galkot municipality-4 surrendered himself at the DAO.
