Kathmandu, 30 December : Acting on a tip off, the Morang District Police has arrested three cadres of Netra Bikram Chand aka Biplav led outfit. Police have also confiscated pamphlets and leaflets belonging to the party, a country-made pistol and its bullet from the arrestees who have been identified as Naresh Chaulagain of Sundarharaincha municipality-10, Chhitij Poudel of Biratnagar Metropolitan City-8 and Chiranjibi Dhital of Pathari.
