Kathmandu, 26 December : Biratnagar Titans has entered the final of the Pokhara Premier League  defeating Butwal Blasters by 21 runs.While chasing the 166-run target, Butwal managed to get only 144 runs on the board losing all wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.
