Kathmandu, 26 December: The Kathmandu Valley has experienced a bit chilly day today with the mercury dipping to 0.9 degree, the lowest temperature in the Valley so far this year.The Valley recorded 2.9 degrees on Wednesday. "The mercury may drop to below zero this year if the westerly winds have an impact again," according to Department of  meteorology.
