NIC Asia, in the process of providing quality service to its clients, has introduced Interactive Voice Response (IVR) service. Clients will have unique and special experience from the newly introduced IVR service. This is the first service of its kind introduced by the commercial banks in Nepal.
Banks clients can get information such as account balance, description of latest three transactions, card blocking, changing IVR pin, among others by using IVR service. To receive IVR facility, clients have to register IVR service in the mobile registered with the Bank.
