By Our Reporter The Biplav-led group seems to have treading the path of his mother party of early 2000, by resorting to the kidnapping of the leaders of the rival parties. Cadres of the banned Communist Party of Nepal led by Netra Bikram Chand recently abducted Dhir Bahadur Shahi, chairperson of Thatikandh Rural Municipality in Dailekh district. Chairperson Shahi together with his ewife Ila Malla was kidnaped from his home at Shreepata. SA team of police was mobilised to search for Shahi. Abducted Ila Malla Shahi, spouse of Dhir Bahadur, was found at Batahaleka, a bordering village at Dailekh and Kalikot districts next day. While the abductors left Shahi in Kalikot when a police team cordoned the house where he was kept. The police team of three districts- Kalikot, Dailekh and Achham were mobilised for freeing Shahi.
