Kathmandu, 24 December : The District Police Office Bhojpur has stated that it has  arrested 38-year-old Bal Kumar Rai on the charge of raping a woman at Humsu, Hatuwagadhi Rural Municipality.Rai is the member of the Ratuwagadhi Rural Municipality, Ward Number 6. The victim had filed a complaint with the police that Rai had sexually assaulted her on December a few days back. People's News Monitoring Service
