Kathmandu, 20 December :The winter session of the Federal Parliament is commencing from today. The House of Representatives and National Assembly wil meet at 4 pm  where reshuffle of the Cabinet and other important decisions and tasks of the government will be announced. The House of Representative will elect a new Speaker as well as  discuss on citizenship bill, federal civil servants bill, passport bill, bill related to integrated land management, and MCC pact with the United States, among others.
