Kathmandu, 19 December :  Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has urged Prime Minister Khadga Prasad Oli not to table a controversial bill related to the work of the Constitutional Council. Deuba, in his meeting with  Oli  told him that the Nepali Congress opposes any amendment to the law that intends to empower the government to make crucial appointments without the consent of the opposition.  During the meeting, the duo discussed the contemporary political situation of the country as well.
