Kathmandu, 16 December : Human defenders have asked the rebellious group led by Netra Bikram Chand aka 'Biplav to shun violence and come to negotiation table. Founding chairperson of Human Rights and Peace Society, Krishna Pahadi too has asked 'Biplav'-led group carrying out violent activities in the country to join talks. "Biplav Ji, understand the situation and come to the peace process," he told to Chand at a press conference organised here on Sunday by the Human Rights and Peace Society, Rupandehi. Viewing that there is a need at people level to put pressure on the group to end violence, he stressed the need for the government not to resort to a policy of suppression in this regard.
