Kathmandu, 15 December : The Standing Committee of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP)  has concluded with party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachand'and party General Secretary Bishnu Poudel presenting the political paper and statute amendment. During the meeting, Prachand also presented a work plan for the coming six months. Another Chairman of the party Khagda Oli did not attend the meeting due to ill- health.The Standing Committee meeting will resume on Monday.  People's News Monitoring Service
