Kathmandu, 11 December: Police inspector Jaya Nepal Thapa  at Metropolitan Crime Division has been arrested red-handed with 40 thousand rupees bribe amount. He  was caught this afternoon  while accepting  bribe from a foreign employment entrepreneur, according to Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority. People's News Monitoring Service
