Kathmandu, 11 December : Nepal's ranking in the 2019 human development index improved just two spots to 147 compared to last year. According to a United Nations Development Programme's report, Sri Lanka is on the top while Afghanistan has fallen on the bottom in the group of eight South Asian nations.
