Kathmandu, 19 June: At least 10 people are feared dead when a jeep driven by a learner driver skidded off the road and fell into the Karnali River. Those who have gone missing includes Vice-chair of Kharpunath rural Municipality,Sindhu Hamal, among others.
The vehicle has been completely submerged in the swollen Karnali River making it difficult to find out its location, the District Police Office, Humla said.
