Kathmandu, 23 May: The main opposition party Nepali Congress has vowed that it will not allow Media Council Bill to be endorsed from the Parliament. The Whip of the party Pushpa Bhusal in a meeting of House of Representatives on Wednesday said that the bill that curtails press freedom should be amended.
