Kathmandu, 17 April: A very sensitive file relating to construction of railway in cooperation with China has gone missing. Since three months, the Chinese officials responsible for executing the railway project in Nepal are waiting for that particular file, reports Dristi Vernacular Weekly, known to be closed to PM KP Oli. The file contained a feasibility study report and other useful information prepared by a team of 23 Chinese experts that was in Nepal last November. The team had given the feasibility study report of Kerung-Kathmandu-Pokhara-Lumbini to Department of Railways.
