By Our Reporter image0015 As per the decision of the 20th annual general meeting of the NB Insurance Company and after approval from the Insurance Committee, the management has changed the name and logo of the Company. Now, the Company will operate its service with the new name IME General Insurance Limited. When the 20 year old NB Insurance Company faced crisis, the IME Group had taken over the Company and running under the new management. The previous company was unable to hold its AGM for last 6 years, however, the new management held its AGM in last Aswin. At the press conference organized by the new management, managing director of the IME Group Hemraj Dhakal informed about past and present position of the Company.
