As, per the latest offering by NEA, customers can now pay electricity bills online as well as through their mobile phones. These services aims to help customers avoid long queues and have access to easy online payments which will save their time. NEA has currently started the collection of bills for all branches inside the valley through online payment systems. These services can be easily availed through all IME agent locations and customers can pay their bills by visiting their nearest IME agents. Customers can also directly pay their electricity bills using IME pay app available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. These services are offered by IME Pay in association with Pay Point.
