By Our Reporter The recent board meeting of the Bank has recommended to distribute 15 percent bonus share to its share shareholders. The meeting also recommended to dispose remaining 710743 right shares through a bidding. After distribution of the bonus shares and right shares, the paid-up capital of the Bank will be 8 billion 80 million rupees, meeting the ceiling fixed by the Nepal Rastra Bank. Meanwhile, the Bank has observed its 10th anniversary on 17 September amidst a function. On the occasion, the Bank has distributed essential things including food stuff and 53 pieces of blackest to the children sheltered at Nepal Children's Organisation . Bank's board chairman Motilal Duggar, board members engineer Bachharaj Tated, Jyotikumar Begani, Deepak Nepal and CEO Ratnaraj Bajracharya had distributed such materials to the children.
