The Red Cross has estimated that 100,000 people were affected by the disaster and it got worse after the communication and electricity got cut off, adding to the challenges task in rescuing people and distributing aid. Therefore, parents, teachers and students of Galaxy Public School have joined hands to generate Galaxy Relief Fund (GRF) to support victims of landslides and floods. To shore up this momentum, we would like to thank all our humble parents, teachers and students and well-wishers and who helped to generate this fund. For this fund by NRs.188,140.00 was collected NRs.111,860.00 has been added by Galaxy Public School to this. Now the GRF has become NRs 300,000.00, this amount will be donated to Nepal Red Cross Society (NRCS). NRCS has been working effectively during this crisis. We hope that this fund will help them to cover more areas and provide relief to the flood and landslide victims and carry out more rescue operations in the affected areas.
