Sanima Bank has been providing ASBA service since January 14, 2017 (1st Magh, 2073), after receiving approval from the Securities Board of Nepal for accepting application of IPO/FPO of public companies, said the bank in a press statement .
With an objective of simplifying and hassle free ASBA system, Bank has started online ASBA facility to customers from May 15, 2017 (1st Jestha, 2074) onward. Now customers having i-banking facility (with third party payment) can directly apply share by login to i-banking whereas for new customers not having i-banking facility, have to apply for i-banking facility to avail online ASBA, said the statement.
Along with this, Sanima Bank has started the Demat account opening service from all of the branches except Head Office. For further information, please contact to the nearest branch.
The bank has been able to extend the service from Mechi to Mahakali with total 45 full-fledged branches and 53 ATM networks.
