
Sunrise Bank has signed a remit pact with IDBI Bank, India in a bid to expand its remittance services. With the agreement, Nepalese resided in India can send money to their sunrise account through any branches of IDBI Bank.
Recently, both the institutions signed the pact regarding the matter in the central office of IDBI Bank, Mumbai. Ratna Raj Bajracharya, CEO of Sunrise and N Krishnan, Chief General Manager of IDBI signed the agreement paper.
On the occasion, Moti Lal Dugad, Chairman of Sunrise Bank, KP Nayar, Deputy Managing Director of IDBI and Maithali Balsubramaniyam, Executive Director of IDBI were also presented.
After the agreement, money sent from any locations of India can be received in 68 branches and three extension counters of Sunrise Bank.
