Siddhartha Bank Ltd has appointed Laxmi Capital Merchant Ltd as its issue manager for its 10:3 rights issue. According to a statement issued, Rajiv Sapkota, CEO of Laxmi Capital Merchant Ltd and Bhola Nath Dhungana, secretary of Siddhartha Bank Ltd signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on behalf of their respective financial institutions. Siddhartha Bank’s support to Nepal Eye Hospital Siddhartha Bank has extended its support to Nepal Eye Hospital, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu. The bank provided Rs 1,75,000 to the hospital under its corporate social responsibility. The fund will be used to carry out cataract surgery of 43 financially weak patients, said the bank in a press statement. Rameshwor Prasad Bastyal, Deputy General Manager of the bank handed over the cheque to Vishwo Kanta Mainali, Chairman of the hospital amid a program.
