Will India and Pakistan engage in the fourth war? Everyone is now seeking answer to this question. If the two nuclear powers of South Asia go for another round of war, life in entire region will be affected with Nepal facing the shortage of petroleum products.
Latest developments on the border also hint preparations for a war are underway.
Obviously, Indian side is instigating for a war with a hope of defeating Pakistan.
On Monday, Indian and Pakistani troops fired at each other along the border in divided Kashmir, in which an Indian paramilitary soldier was killed.
An Indian army spokesman said Pakistani troops fired with provocation, using small arms and mortar shells in the Poonch sector of the Line of Control separating the Indian - and Pakistan-controlled parts of Kashmir.
A Pakistani army statement said its troops were responding to unprovoked firing by Indian soldiers on Monday.
Both sides said the exchange of fire was continuing.
Not only the Indian government but also a section of the people are favouring a war as they are now busy guessing which countries will support India and which Pakistan if a war breaks between them.
Most Indians in their comments and social sites have argued that almost all powerful nations except for China will back India and India will turn victorious.
However, their comments look biased. Above all, there is no guarantee whether the present tension will culminate into a war.
