image013A photographic exhibition featuring photographs of amateur photographer Jalal Ahmed of Bangladesh, of birds of Nepal and Bangladesh “Friendship through the Lenses” organized by the Embassy of Bangladesh was inaugurated on 2 September 2016 at the Nepal Art Council, Babar Mahal, Kathmandu. The exhibition presented a collection of photographs of rare birds of Bangladesh and Nepal and enabled the viewer to get a glimpse of the richness and diversity of the natural beauty of the two countries. The exhibition was inaugurated by Gopal Chitrakar, Senior Photographer and Ms. Mashfee Binte Shams, Ambassador of Bangladesh. Ms. Ragini Upadhyaya, Chancellor, Nepal Academy of Fine Arts was the Guest of Honour at the programme. The three day exhibition ended on Sunday, 4 September 2016.
