The pact between China and Philippines indeed a landmark to settle down the dispute on South China Sea issues, unfortunately, Philippines has betrayed on middle and she is helping to add kerosene on burning fire,” the Forum said. The Forum believes that China has shown her pivotal role in resolving the South China Sea issue and the roadmap sketched by China on South China Sea would certainly help ASEAN countries’ prosperity and development.
